Mangaluru: Foundation laid for Inland Elora at Mannagudda

Mangaluru, Sep 27, 2023: Inland Elora, a four-storied apartment project by the renowned In-land Builders of Mangaluru was launched on September 27, Wednesday with a formal foundation laying ceremony in the presence of the owners, dignitaries and guests.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Located off Matadakani Road in Mannagudda, Inland Elora is designed to evoke the Pride of Ownership in the buyer and is in close proximity to places of utilities.

The building will be  fully Vaastu-compliant and has apartments of 3 BHK (1490, 1510 and 1630 sq ft) and 2 BHK (1165, 1215 sq ft) with various amenities such as a spacious entrance lobby, 24-hour standby power, CCTV security, gymnasium, children’s play area and dedicated car parking space.

The bhoomi pooja was conducted by Giridhar Bhat. Fr Benjamin Pinto of St Immaculate Conception Church, Urwa blessed the site and Dua was offered by PS Mohammed Kamil Sakafi and Yahya Madani.

Sandhya Mohan, Jagadish Boloor, Corporators, Siraj Ahamed, Chairman and Managing Director of In-Land group, Wahaj Yusuf, Meraj Yusuf, Directors and others unveiled the brochure of ‘In Land Elora.’

In-Land will be offering a special launch price for the first few buyers.
