Mangaluru: Cops conduct lathi drill under the guidance of the new City Police Commissioner

Mangaluru, June 3, 2025: Mangaluru police under the guidance of the new Police Commissioner Sudhir Kumar Reddy on June 2, Monday conducted a lathi drill near the Clock Tower.

 

 

 

Personnel of the Karnataka State Reserve Police (KSRP) carried out the drill in the wake of the recent unrest following two murders, one at Bajpe and another at Kolthamajalu recently.

The lathi drill was conducted ahead of a protest planned by the SDPI near Clock Tower to condemn the murder of Abdul Rehman.
