Mangaluru: Change in train service

Mangaluru, Sep 02, 2023: To facilitate the preliminary work In connection with the construction of additional platforms(No. 4 and 5) at Mangaluru Central railway station, following changes have been made in the train services as detailed below:

 

Rescheduling

1. The service of Train No. 06602 Mangaluru Central - Madgaon Special scheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 05.30 hrs. on 05th and 06th September 2023 will be rescheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 06.00 hrs. on 05th, 06th and 09th September 2023.

2. The service of Train No. 16649 Mangaluru Central - Nagercoil Junction Parasuram Express scheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at  05.05 hrs. on 09th September 2023 will be rescheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 05.35 hrs. on  09th September 2023

Partial Cancellation

1. The service of Train No. 10107 Madgaon Junction - Mangaluru Central MEMU Express journey commencing on 08th September 2023 will be partially cancelled between Thokur and Mangaluru Central.

2. The service of Train No. 10108 Mangaluru Central - Madgaon Junction MEMU Express journey commencing on 08th September 2023 will be partially cancelled between Mangaluru Central and Thokur. The train service will originate from Thokur instead of Mangaluru Central on 08th September 2023. (Scheduled departure time from Thokur - 16.25 hrs.)

3. The service of Train No.22638 Mangaluru Central - Dr MGR Chennai Central West Coast Superfast Express journey commencing on 08th September 2023 will originate from Mangaluru Junction at 23.45 hrs. instead of Mangaluru Central.

4. The service of Train No. 06601 Madgaon - Mangaluru Central Special journey commencing on 08th September 2023 will be short terminated at Mangaluru Junction. The service will  be partially cancelled between Mangaluru Central and Mangaluru Junction.

5. The service of Train No.16610 Mangaluru Central - Kozhikode Express journey commencing on 09th September 2023 will originate from Mangaluru Junction at 05.15 hrs. instead of Mangaluru Central.

Cancellation

1. The service of  Train No. 06487 Mangaluru central – Kabakaputtur Unreserved Express Special Journey commencing on 08th September 2023 will be fully cancelled.

2. The service of Train No. 06486 Kabakaputtur - Mangaluru Central Unreserved Express Special Journey commencing on 08th September 2023 will be fully cancelled.

3. The service of Train No. 06485 Mangaluru Central – Kabakaputtur  Unreserved Express Special  Journey commencing on 09th September 2023 will be fully cancelled

4. The service of Train No. 06484 Kabakaputtur - Mangaluru Central Unreserved Express Special  Journey commencing on 09th September 2023 will be fully cancelled.

Regulation

1.The service of Train No.22638 Mangaluru Central - Dr MGR Chennai Central West Coast Superfast Express journey commencing on 08th September 2023 will be regulated enroute by 30 minutes.
