Mangaluru: Car gutted in fire near Kaikamba; passengers escape unharmed

Mangaluru, May 25, 2025: A car was completely destroyed in a fire near Kaikamba on the Bikarnakatte highway in the city on Sunday, May 25.

According to reports, smoke was first noticed coming from the car’s bonnet, prompting the passengers to evacuate immediately.

Fortunately, all occupants managed to escape without injury.

Despite the ongoing rainfall, the fire spread rapidly and engulfed the vehicle, reducing it to ashes within minutes.
