Mangaluru: CCB cops arrest duo; seize MDMA drugs worth Rs 2.77 lakhs

Mangaluru, June 09, 2023: CCB police have arrested two persons who were in possession of the banned MDMA drugs.

 

Those arrested are Dawood Farvez (36) of Permannur and Mohammad Ashraf (43) from Farangipete. MDMA weighing 55.5 grams and worth Rs 2,77,550, two mobile phones, cash of Rs 3230 and a car have been seized from the accused. The value of the seized goods is estimated at Rs 13,06,230.

Both had reportedly purchased MDMA in Bengaluru and were trying to sell it in the city.
