Mangaluru: 2 arrested for ganja consumption

Mangaluru, June 7, 2024: Police have arrested two persons for consuming ganja in public places.

On June 5, evening, Poojith Sagar (28) who was under the influence of drugs and was found near Lalbagh was taken into custody. He was from Aletti in Sullia. Medical examination confirmed that he consumed drugs. In another case, Lolaksha (35) of Bantwal who was found consuming ganja near the old port was arrested.

Cases have been registered by Barke and Bunder police in connection with the above two arrests.
