Mangaluru : 15 buses fined for violating guidelines

Mangaluru, June 03, 2020:   As many as 15 private buses  were penalised by the traffic police on June 2, Tuesday for violating the  conditions laid down by the administration while permitting operation of the buses. These buses were found  allowing more passengers than the prescribed number. The administration has already made it clear that the buses can carry maximum 30 to 35 passengers.

 

But these buses near Natekal and Jeppu were found   ferrying more passengers and therefore were fined. Many buses were also seen crowded during morning and evening hours.
