Mangaluru : 14 arrested on charges of gambling

Mangaluru, Mar 08, 2021:      Police have arrested 14 people on the charges of gambling in two separate cases on March 6.

 

As many as 11 people were arrested from a lodge  at Pumpwell area on March 6. Police have seized a cash of Rs 38,000 and  11 mobile phones from the accused. Kankanady Police have registered a case.

In the second case, three men were arrested for gambling   near the Kinnigoli market  in Talipady village.  Police recovered Rs 28,410 cash and three mobile phones from the accused.  Mulki police are investigating the case.
