Mangalore: Younger brother kills elder in family feud at Yellyar Padav

Mangalore, Dec 4:  In a strange incident, a young man kills his elder brother in Yellyar Padav, early this morning, December 4, 2012. The accused is one Naveen D’Souza aged 21 years and the Victim is Praveen Disouza aged 25 years.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It is given to understand that the deceased Praveen used to trouble the family members now and then and create unnecessary discord and friction between the brothers.  Praveen D’Souza was unemployed for the past six months which created a rift between them. Naveen D’Souza is working as a driver with Karavali school.

Praveen came home early this morning and started his usual pranks and started abusing his younger brother Naveen. The argument turned violent and both got into pushing and hitting. Younger brother, Naveen  got hold of a iron rod and hit the elder brother in anger. Praveen fell in the impact of hitting and died on the spot.

Konaje Police have arrested Naveen D’Souza and the investigation is on. Details awaited.
