Mangalore United defeats Belagavi Panthers to win Swaraj Trophy

Moodbidri, March 20, 2012 :Mangalore United won the Swaraj Trophy in an exhibition T-20 match held at Swaraj Maidan on March 18 Sunday, after defeating Belagavi Panthers by 24 runs.

 

 

 

 

 

The match was jointly organized by Moodubidri Properties and DK Cricket Association. It was inaugurated by Veerappa Moily, the union minister for corporate affairs.

MLA Abhayachandra Jain, CDA Chairman Nagaraj Shetty, Mangalore United proprietor Moideen Bawa, DK Cricket Association President Dr. Shrikanth Rai, and many others were also present.
