
Mangalore, Dec 7, 2012: The two-day national level inter-collegiate Agno Fest "Bonne Volonte Cirque- 2012" for Arts, Management, Commerce and Science students, got off to a colourful start at the St. Agnes College premises at Bendur on December 7, Friday. Famed Kannada music director and singer Gurukiran, declared open the contest.
Speaking on the occasion, Gurukiran recollected his own school days and urged youngsters to make good use of every opportunity that comes their way to showcase their talents. He also mesmerized the gathering with some of his songs.



Dr Sr Prem, Principal of St Agnes College, who also addressed the gathering, said events like Agnofest gave a wonderful opportunity to the students to exhibit their talents. She said the youth are the greatest strength and resource of the nation who can bring about the much need change in the society.
Students presented a variety entertainment programme on the occasion.
