He also accused the Centre of neglecting the vital issue of the failure of as many 137 out of the 2000 Pakistanis who had come to India to watch a Cricket match in 2008, to return to their homeland.

He said the Sri Rama Sene strongly condemned the act of the government in providing visa for 3000 Pakistanis to watch the scheduled match and warned that the government itself would be held responsible for any untoward occurrences.

He further demanded that the government should provide protection to Sri Rama Sene President Pramod Mutalik. Another demand placed forth by him was the arrest of the aides of notorious gangsters Chota Shakeel and Rasheed Malabari at the earliest.

Madhusudan Attavar, Ganesh Attavar, Jeevan Neermarga and others were present.

The protestors later submitted a memorandum to Deputy Commissioner N Prakash.
