Mangalore: J. F. D’Souza’s children’s book Bhangarachem Mazar released

Mangalore, Nov 29, 2012: Roy Castelino released J. F. D’Souza’s book Bhangarachem Mazar at Press Club on Nov 29, Thursday.

Bhangarachem Mazar is the seventh volume of an anthology of short stories for children. The writer plans to write as many as 10 volumes. Speaking on the occasion, the writer said that he likes to write for children.

 

 

J. F. D’Souza had worked in the Karnataka State Forest Department for 39 years before he discovered his passion for writing. He has written a number of children’s stories such as Bhangarachem Masli, Bhangarachem Chital, Bhangarachem Kurad, Bhangarachem Imaz, Bhangarachem Hus, and Bhangarachem Mor. He said that he usually writes for dailies.

Among those present were Dolphy Lobo and Marcel D’Souza.
