Mangalore : 3 more arrested in gang attack case

 Mangalore, Nov 13, 2013 :  Mangalore North Police who are investigating into the case of recent attack on two youth including K Lathif alias Bodda Llathif at KS Rao Road in the city, have arrested  three more persons.

Those arrested are Nataraj from Kunjathbail, Thailu from Udupi and Kiran from Moodbidri.  Police had earlier arrested Sudhir Devadiga and Mohammad Azharuddin in connection with the case.

Latif and Abdul Nazir, both accused in a case, were attacked when they were returning from the court on November 5. Police sources said a criminal named Azgar Ali who is an accused in the case of attempt on the life of BJP worker Chandrashekhar Uchil in 2004 had asked Azharuddin to  eliminate Lathif, also a co-accused in the case.
