Man injured when heavy vehicle rams into bike

Mangalore, Dec 15, 2011 : A car was damaged and a motorcyclist sustained a fracture when a container trailer truck transporting motorcycles on a road that prevents entry to such heavy vehicles dashed into the above-mentioned vehicles. This incident took place at Old Pumpwell Road in Kankanady on Dec 14 Wednesday.

 

According to eyewitnesses, the truck driver fled from the scene after dashing into the car and the bike.

The injured motorcyclist is Valerian Pinto of Padil.

The Kankanady police have registered a case.
