Man booked for threatening people practicing for Bhajans contest

Belthangady, Oct 11, 2023: Venoor Police have registered a case against a person for threatening people practicing for a Bhajans contest as part of the Mahamastakabhisheka.

 

The accused has been identified as Anand Acharya (38) of Mundur. It has been alleged that he even wielded knife at the people practicing Bhajans. There were around 70 people including women and children  when the incident took place.
