Man booked for sexual assault on married woman

Sullia, Aug 04, 2022: A married woman has lodged a complaint against a man  accusing the latter of sexually abusing her after promising to marry and also taking Rs 1.70 lakhs from her.

According to the complaint, the accused Pawan  who was in a drunken state entered the rented house of the woman where she stays with her children and then sexually assaulted her. When the woman threatened to lodge a complaint, the accused assured to marry her. It is learnt,he had also given a written agreement to her and had also taken Rs 1.70 lakhs from her.

However, when he refused to marry her, the woman filed a complaint.
