Man arrested near Kota with 1.2 kg gold stolen from Kerala film producer’s house

Kota, april 22, 2024: Police have arrested a man near Moorkai in Kota  while he was transporting nearly 1.2 kg of gold in a car on the Udupi-Karwar route. On inquiry it came to light that the gold which was recovered was stolen from the house of a famed film producer of Kerala.

 

The arrested man is Mohammad Irfan (35) of  Seetampuri district in Bihar.

It is learnt he had barged into the house of the film producer at Kochi Panampalli and had  stolen the jewellery.

Kerala police have taken the arrested man into their custody.
