MRPL wins FKCCI India CSR & Sustainability Award 2025

Bengaluru, Sep 6, 2025: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has been conferred the “Winner” Award in the Excellence in WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene) category at the FKCCI India CSR & Sustainability Awards 2025.

The recognition highlights MRPL’s impactful initiatives in the fields of water, sanitation, hygiene, and its commitment to corporate leadership and governance.

The award was presented by Karnataka Home Minister Dr. G. Parameshwara at a ceremony in Bengaluru on Thursday. The event was attended by eminent dignitaries including N. Ashok Babu (IRS-IT), Director, National Water Mission, Ministry of Jal Shakti, and Ratnesh, Executive Director, UNGC India.

Representing MRPL, the award was received by Chief Manager (CSR) Malakonda Rao and Manager (CSR) Keshav Patali.

This year’s awards saw 81 applications from corporates, MSMEs, and NGOs across 11 categories.
