MP Shobha Karandlaje flouts social distancing rule

Kundapur, April 06, 2020:  Udupi-Chikkamagaluru MP Shobha Karandlaje has been accused of not following the social distancing  rule during her visit to the   Varadaraj M Shetty Government First Grade College at Koteshwara on  April 5, Sunday to meet those  who have been sheltered there. The college premises has been converted into a temporary rehabilitation centre for labourers and their children.

 

It has been alleged that the MP distributed laddus  to the children and labourers there and in the process failed to maintain social distancing. Even the children were found in groups while the MP distributed the laddu.
