Kundapur, Nov 16, 2012 : Oscar Fernandes, Rajya Sabha MP and chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee for HRD, inaugurated Shiroor Association’s new ambulance service, donated by DINA School for Special Education and Rehabilitation in Shiroor.

Shiroor Association, an association of the people of Shiroor, was launched on June 22, 2012 in Dubai. One of the aims of this association was to launch an ambulance service for the people of Shiroor. The association also focuses on issues such as cleanliness, drainage system, and education.

Mr. Fernandes felicitated Syed Abdul Khader Bashu, patron of DINA School for Special Education and Rehabilitation in Shiroor, on this occasion.
