MP Nalin Kumar Kateel ’call gate’ cases - Court bars Visual Media

Mangalore, May 15, 2014:  MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, in connection with a recent case filed against him, submitted a plea to the local vacation courts through his Advocate Shambhu Sharma for a stay on airing all concocted reports about him.

Disposing off the application, the vacation court granted an interim stay barring TV channels from airing news or reports concerning the cases filed by Satish Shetty against MP Kateel or any related matters.
