MLC polls: Liquor sale banned from June 1 to 3

Mangaluru, May 29, 2024: Deputy Commissioner Mullai Muhilan who is also the District Magistrate has issued an order banning sale of liquor from June 1, 4 pm till June 3, midnight in the wake of the elections to the South West Graduates and Teachers Constituencies.

 

The DC in his order said all places where liquor is sold will be closed during the period with a view to maintain law and order during the elections.
