MLA Yogish Bhat’s car meets with an accident

Sullia, Dec 18, 2011: MLA Yogish Bhat, who is also the deputy speaker of the state legislative assembly, had a narrow escape today when his car turned over at Peraje. He was travelling from Mangalore to Mysore. 

Six passengers, including Mr. Bhat’s wife’s Vijaya Bhat, have sustained injury. The injured are now taking treatment in a Mangalore-based hospital. 

The driver lost control of the car at around 1:00 a.m.
