Lucky escape for three as speeding car rams into building

Mangaluru, June 4, 2023: Three people had a lucky escape in a road accident reported in Tadambail at Surathkal in the early hours of Sunday, June 4.

The car, traveling from Udupi, crashed into a building and had three occupants, including a woman. Remarkably, two individuals who were sleeping outside the building managed to escape without any injuries.

The car itself was completely totaled in the accident, but thanks to the presence of airbags, a major tragedy was averted. The accident caused damage to Venkataramana Rao’s building, resulting in an estimated loss of Rs. 2 lakh.
