Louis Lobo lays Foundation Stone for Luminus Residential Apartment

Mangalore, September 11: Louis Lobo has laid the foundation stone for the newly constructing Luminus Residential Apartment, an exquisite apartment developed by the Property Infra Tech India Pvt Ltd at Shaktinagar Cross Road, Kulshekar on Friday, September 10.

 

A prayer ceremony has been organised under the leadership of FR Joachim Fernandes, priest of Jeppu Seminary. He blessed the land on the occasion.

Mariamma Thomas, Corporator, Kuchikad Ward, former Mayor Shashidhar Hegde and Titus Naronha, Proprietor of Rahul Advertising were present at the function.

Luminus is another contribution of Property Infra Tech India Pvt Ltd, who has rich experience in developing many high class apartments in and out side Mangalore.

The four storey building will be constructed near Kulsekar Church. The four storey building will have 16 apartments ranging from 1196 sft to 1686sft .
