Likely cyclone: Fishermen cautioned against venturing into sea

Mangaluru, Sep 30, 2023: The Joint Director of the Fisheries Department has directed fishermen against venturing into the sea in the wake of the low pressure area in the Arabian sea and the alert issued by the Weather Department that this low pressure area may turn into a cyclone.

 

The Fisheries Director has also asked all fishing boats that are out for fishing to immediately return to the shores.
