Mangaluru, May 22, 2022: ‘Anantessh’, the exclusive new commercial project of Land Trades Builders & Developers situated at Car Street, Mangalore was formally inaugurated on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at 9.00 a.m.
The new building was inaugurated with the cutting of the ribbon by D. Vedavyas Kamath, MLA of Mangalore South along with the city Mayor Premanand Shetty. Subsequently the MLA D. Vedavyas Kamath unveiled the idol of Lord Ganesha in the building Lobby.
MLC Manjunath Bhandary, MUDA chairman Ravishankar Mijar and P. S. Prakash, editor and CEO of Hosa Diganta newspaper were the guests of honour.
In his inaugural address, MLA D. Vedavyas Kamath said that it is the dream of every person to be successful in life and have a home of one’s own. Real estate projects like Anantessh help the people to fulfill their dreams. “Presently the city is undergoing a lot of development and Mangalore is set to become a model city in a few years. Now a new city development masterplan is required to chart the future growth of the city,” he said.
Manjunath Bhandary congratulated Land Trades on promoting this successful commercial project. MUDA Chairman Ravishankar Mijar said we need more green spaces in the city and MUDA has undertaken many initiatives to develop parks and rejuvenate lakes in the city. P. S. Prakash said that the success of Land Trades was due to sincere effort and word work. In his Presidential Address Mayor Premananda Shetty observed that beautiful buildings add to the beauty of the city.
