LS polls: 75 criminals externed from Commissionerate limits

Mangaluru, April 24, 2024: City Police Commissioner Anupam Agarwal has informed that a total of 75 criminals have been externed from the Commissionerate limits in order to maintain law and order.

 

The City Police Commissioner also elaborated on the security arrangements for the elections to be held on April 26 and said there will be a total of 46 PSI Sector officials, 14 PI Supervision Sector Officials, 4 ACP Nodal officers, 1003 police personnel for booths, 350 home guards and 17 forest  guards on duty. A total of 36 sensitive booths will have central security force and 16 ASI for security purposes.
