Kundapur : Teenagers meet watery grave in Sowparnika river

Kundapur, May 18, 2015: Two teenagers have met a watery grave in the Sownparnika river at Thariberu in Aloor village on May 17, Sunday.

The  deceased are Naveen Devadiga  and Akshay Devadiga, both 16 years of age. Both boys had completed SSLC and had ventured into swimming in the river  when tragedy struck.

 Naveen has left behind  his parents Yashoda and Narasimha Devadiga and an elder sister, while Akshay who was the son of Jaya and Shanker Devadiga has a brother and sisters.

A case has been registered by Gangolli Police.
