Kundapur : Fire breaks out in footwear shop

Kundapur, May 13, 2013: A fire mishap has been reported from a footwear shop at Vaishali Complex at the Shastri Circle here on May 13, Monday.

The fire was first noticed at around 8 am in the   shop located on the third floor.

 

 

The fire tender vehicles which rushed to the spot brought the fire under control with the help of the police and prevented the fire from spreading to other shops.

A major portion of the storage area of the footwear shop named Padukalaya was gutted in the fire.

The extent of loss is not yet known. Even the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.

A case has been registered in Kundapur police station.
