Kollur: Rowdy-sheeter Karthik Achar externed to Bengaluru limits

Kollur, Apr 11, 2026: An externment order has been issued against rowdy-sheeter Karthik Achar, who falls under the jurisdiction of the Kollur Police Station in Udupi district.

The order was issued on April 9 by the Special Executive Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police, Udupi, against Karthik Achar, a resident of Karthik Nilaya in Hosimane, Idoor Kunjnadi village of Kundapur taluk.

A total of four cases have been registered against him, and a rowdy sheet has been opened at the Kollur Police Station. He has been externed to the jurisdiction of the Peenya Police Station under the Bengaluru Commissionerate limits, according to a district police release.
