Kaup: Bike-lorry collision claims two-wheeler rider’s life

Kaup, Jan 24, 2022: A two-wheeler rider  lost his life after his vehicle was hit by a lorry  near the Muloor CSE School in Kaup Police Station limits on January 23, Sunday evening.

 

The deceased is Ganesh Acharya (41) of Uchila Polya. The lorry which was heading towards Udupi from Mangaluru on the NH 66  rammed into Acharya’s bike which was  approaching from the opposite direction. A critically injured Acharya though was immediately rushed to the hospital his life could not be saved.

Kaup police have registered a case.
