Kasargod: Youth drowns in Payaswini river

Kasargod, May 06, 2024: A youth who stepped into the Payaswini river for a bath, has drowned. The incident took place at Munhiraparaya on Sunday evening.

 

The deceased is Ilyas (31), a local resident. On coming to know of the incident locals had rushed to the spot and tried to rescue Ilyas but of no avail.
