Kasargod: Youth arrested for growing ganja plants on terrace

Kasargod, Aug 01, 2022: Kumble police have arrested a 22 year old youth for growing ganja plants on the terrace of his house.

 

 

 

The arrested person is Najeeb Mehfooz of Bekur Kannadipare. Acting on a tip off, the police visited his rented house at Kidoor and found ganja plants. He had grown the plants  in water bottles. Investigation revealed that apart from personal use, he used to sell the ganja plants.

It is learnt, he was studying at a college in Mangaluru.
