Kasargod: Young woman found dead on railway tracks

Kasargod, June 16, 2025: A young woman was found dead on the railway tracks at Pallikere in Kasargod on Sunday. It is suspected that she was run over by a train.

The deceased is Keerthana (24) of Alippura in Chervattur.

Her family members have identified the body. The deceased woman worked as a temporary teacher.

The exact cause of the death is yet to be ascertained. Neeleshwar police have registered a case.
