Kasargod : Teenager slips to death in lake

Kasargod, Jun 19, 2021: A teenager accidentally slipped and drowned in a lake at Velliyad in Melparamba on June 18, Friday evening.

 

The deceased has been identified as Muhammad Kaif (18) of Nellikatte.   Kaif who was working as a tiles installation worker had been to a relative’s house at Melparamba when the tragedy took place near the house of the relative.

Though he was immediately brought out from the lake and taken to the hospital, his life could not be saved.
