Kasargod : Drug peddler arrested ; 1.25 kg ganja seized

Kasargod, April 23, 2013 : A person  hailing from Kollam was arrested by the Vidyanagar Police on April 22, Monday for drugs peddling. Ganja weighing 1.25 kg was seized from him. It  is learnt, he used to sell ganja around school and college campuses.

 

 

The arrested man has been identified as Mohammad Salim alias Tekkan Salim (38). He was once earlier arrested by the Kasargod police and later released on bail.  The court had also directed him to report to the police station every week. It is learnt, he used to still carry out his drug peddling activities.

Cases are pending against him even in Adoor, Kasargod and Kozhikode police stations.
