Kasargod: Driver dies as compressor tractor overturns

Kasargod, Jan 13, 2023: In a tragic road mishap, the driver of a compressor tractor died after the vehicle overturned  on the roadside  near Kattadamane bridge on Paivalike-Chevar road on January 11.

 

The deceased is Suresh Pon (28) from Nepal. Another Nepali man who was in the vehicle has been injured and is hospitalized.

The driver was caught under the heavy vehicle and locals had to struggle to get him out. However, as he had suffered critical injuries his life could not be saved despite being shifted to a hospital in Mangaluru.
