Karkala: Two minors booked for ceiling fan theft at Parashurama Theme Park

Karkala, Jan 16, 2026: Karkala Town Police have registered a case against two minors for allegedly stealing ceiling fans from a building at the Bailoor Parashurama Theme Park.

According to the police, the minors are accused of stealing two ceiling fans from the theme park sometime between January and June 2025.

The case was registered on January 12 based on a complaint filed by Manjunath Jogi. An investigation into the matter is currently in progress, Superintendent of Police Hariram Shankar said.

The SP clarified that this incident is completely separate from the recent case involving the theft of copper roofing from the Parashurama Theme Park building and emphasized that there is no connection between the two cases.
