Karkala : Fire mishap in candle factory, loss of goods worth lakhs

Karkala, Mar 23, 2023: A fire mishap in a candle factory in the vicinity of the Attur St Lawrence Basilica Church, resulted in loss of goods worth lakhs of Rupees on March 22, Wednesday afternoon.

 

The fire was doused after nearly three hours of operation. The mishap occurred when the employees were away for lunch. The entire factory was gutted in the fire mishap.
