JR Lobo appointed District Congress Vice President

Mangalore, March 6, 2013 : Former bureaucrat JR Lobo has been appointed the Vice President of the District Congress Committee.
The appointment has been made by District Congress President Ramanatha Rai at the directions of KPCC President G Parameshwar.
It may be recalled here that Lobo, the former Mangalore City Corporation Commissioner had joined the Congress in July last year and has been a strong contender for a party ticket from Mangalore Assembly constituency. Chaotic scenes had also prevailed in the Congress meeting that was held prior to the induction of Lobo.
