Secretary K. Shrinath Rai said that the UPA government at the centre and the BJP government at the state have made life difficult for common people, adding that the government’s decision to limit gas cylinders will make life very difficult.

The JD(S) Women’s Wing also raised their voices in protest. Stating that one cylinder of gas lasts only 23 days, they demanded to know what people should do if they cannot get gas cylinders. They demanded that the government should take steps to curb supply of gas cylinders to hotels in black instead of imposing burdens on common citizens.
