International Nurses Day observed at Wenlock

Mangaluru, May 12, 2020:   International Nurses Day was observed at the District Wenlock Hospital on May 12, Tuesday in a simple way. The Day is being celebrated to commemorate the birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale who is revered as the founder of modern nursing.

 

The nurses  offered floral tributes to the portrait of Florence Nightingale at the Corona block of the Hospital. Nursing Superintendent Sarojini S and other nurses serving in the hospital were present.
