I have no role in selecting candidate for Dakshina Kannada LS seat: Moily

Madikeri, Jan 29, 2014 :  Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas M Veerappa Moily has clarified that he had no role to play in the selection of party candidate for the Dakshina Kannada Lok Sabha constituency.Moily who was speaking to reporters here vowed in the name of Cauvery in this regard.

“Congress Vice President is set for a new experiment in 13 constituencies of the state including Dakshina Kannada    with a view to bring  about reforms. I have no role in this regard,” Moily made it clear.

 He said the capitalists were with the BJP which was evident with the party spending more  on publicity. This in turn has  made people believe that the BJP would get more seats, Moily said. He further remade a mockery of BJP by stating that it was resorting to mono acting which was not conducive to a democratic set up.

He also ridiculed Modi  by stating that he who claims to be fighting against corruption had reinducted former CM Yeddyurappa who is facing corruption charges into the party.
