Hundreds of students take part in Walkathon for a drugs-free Mangaluru

Mangaluru, Nov 02, 2023: Hundreds of students took part in a walkathon organised by the city police on November 1, Wednesday as part of a “Drugs-free Mangaluru” campaign. The walkathon was held from Town Hall to Mangala Stadium.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Addressing the gathering, DK District in-charge Minister Dinesh Gundurao exhorted youth to join hands to make the city free from drugs. He also sought the co-operation of all elected representatives in this endeavour.

City Police Commissioner Anupam Agarwal, Mayor Sudhir Shetty Kannur, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLA Vedavyas Kamath and many others took part.
