House damaged in fire due to gas cylinder leakage

Bantwal, Dec 09, 2023: A house at Kabela in Pudu village of Bantwal taluk was damaged in a fire mishap due to leakage in gas cylinder.

 

The mishap occurred in the rented house belonging to Umesh Poojary, The tenant Honnappa Gowda unaware of the gas leakage had been to the kitchen to light the gas stove resulting in a fire that caused widespread damage in the house.

The fire tender personnel and locals helped in dousing the flames.
