Hotelier dies in road mishap

Mangaluru, Jan 14, 2022: A hotelier from Mumbai hailing from the district lost his life  in a road mishap on the National Highway 66 at Haleyangady.

 

The deceased is Bhasker Shetty (64) of Punaroor. He was crossing the road on January 13, Thursday when a speeding car knocked him down. Shetty was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Mukka where he succumbed to his injuries.
