Home nurse arrested for theft of gold chain

Udupi, Nov 26, 2022: A home nurse has been arrested by the police for robbing a gold chain of the old woman  whom she was taking care of in the latter’s house at Chennibettu Madaga in Hiriadka police station limits.

 

The arrested person is Rekha Hubballi. She was appointed through an agency of Udupi to take care of a 98 year old woman. However when others in the house were away, Rekha had managed to rob a gold chain worth  Rs 1.45 lakh which  the woman was wearing.

A complaint was lodged at Hiriadka police station.
