Holi party disruption case: Arrested Bajrangdal men get bail

Mangaluru, Mar 28, 2023: The Court has granted bail to six Bajrangdal activists who were arrested on the charges of disrupting a Rang De Barsa programme organised at Maroli on March 26, Sunday in connection with Holi.

 

The Hindu activists had barged into the venue and had taken the organisers to task alleging that young women and men of different communities were taking part and had even tore off banners at the spot.

The Kankanady police who had rushed to the spot had taken the accused into custody. The accused were produced before the court on Monday and were released on bail.
